About the Annual Information Security Training
Nagoya University conducts the Annual Information Security Training every year. The Annual Information Security Training is conducted to confirm whether all faculty, staff, students, etc. enrolled at Nagoya University (including part-time faculty, staff, and research students) observe the information security policies and guidelines established by Nagoya University. Nagoya University has set information security measures as its medium-term goals and medium-term plans, and the results of the Annual Information Security Training (https://ist.nagoya-u.ac.jp/portal) are valuable materials for future revisions of the information security policies and guidelines. Be sure to conduct the training within the deadline. If you do not attend or pass the training by the deadline, your use of the Institute account will be restricted, and you will not be able to use the campus information services authenticated by the Institute account.

For Those Who Did Not Take the (Former) Annual Information Security Check in FY 2024
If you have not attended the Yearly Information Security Check for AY 2024 or Freshman Information Security Training, your Nagoya University ID will be locked. To unlock your ID, contact the following IT Help Desk.
