IT Help Desk
The Information & Communications established an IT Help Desk as a one-stop consultation window for information services as described below. The IT Help Desk aims to help solve various problems that arise during daily operations and serves as a general consultation office for Nagoya University members concerning the overall information system, including information equipment, network, information security, etc.
For mechanism account, MS365 (mechanism account), and Email by THERS account (email account in the format of email@example.com), we have a mechanism account help center as a dedicated support desk. Please contact us from this submission form.
