IT help desk

The Information and Communications Headquarters has established the "IT Help Desk" as an integrated consultation service for information services. The "IT Help Desk" is intended to contribute to the resolution of problems that arise in day-to-day operations as a "Yorozu Help Desk" covering information systems in general, such as information devices, networks, and information security for members of the University.

For mechanism account, MS365 (mechanism account), and Email by THERS account (email account in the format of xxx.yyyy@s.mail.nagoya-u.ac.jp), we have a mechanism account help center as a dedicated support desk. Please contact us from this submission form.
