Nagoya University RPA Implementation Guidelines

In recent years, the use of RPA has been attracting attention as a tool for improving work efficiency and productivity. By introducing RPA, it is possible to automate routine and highly repetitive tasks, which is expected to reduce work load. We have formulated the "Nagoya University RPA Implementation Guidelines" as guidelines to be referred to when introducing and implementing RPA at Nagoya University.
When introducing an RPA or terminating the operation of an RPA that has been in operation, please report the following form to the Information and Communications Promotion Headquarters.

Nagoya University Chatbot Introduction Guidelines

In recent years, the use of chatbots in query response operations has been attracting attention. The introduction of chatbots is expected to reduce the workload of query response operations by enabling the automation of responses to routine queries. We have formulated the "Nagoya University Chatbot Introduction Guidelines" as guidelines to be referred to when introducing and operating chatbots at Nagoya University.
When introducing a chatbot or terminating the operation of a running chatbot, please report the following form to the Information and Communications Promotion Headquarters.
