I cannot login to the web mail

The URL, login name or password may be wrong. Please check the following.

• URL: https://mail.\*.mbox.nagoya-u.ac.jp/webmail/
  Please check that the letter of the alphabet that is in front of “mbox” and that occupies the position of “*” is the same as the letter after the @ mark of your new mail address.

• Login name / password:
  Did you input your NU ID, Zengaku ID or the part in front of the @ mark for your login name? Your login name is your entire mail address, such as Meidai.Taro@e.mbox.nagoya-u.ac.jp. Your password is your current Zengaku password.
