Updating Servers for Mail Gateway

We have been using "Kaspersky Security for Linux Mail Server (KLMS)” as university-wide mail security system, which filters attached malware and limits number of spam mails. We are planning to update servers for KLMS. Details are as follows:

1. Date

• Starting new servers: Wednesday, December 24, 2025
• Stopping old servers: Wednesday, January 14, 2026
  Depending on status of external mail servers, some servers may send mails through old servers even if we started new servers.

2. Notice

• The new servers will use "Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway (KSMG)."
• The header of emails, determined to be spam, will be changed from "X-KLMS-AntiSpam-Status: spam" to "X-KSMG-AntiSpam-Status: spam".
• The new servers give same types of modifications on mail subject when it detects malware or spam. If you want to see detail, please check "About University-Wide Mail Gateway (Japanese only)."
• The mail gateway service will not stop by this updating.
