Due to maintenance of the Nagoya University Portal, the service will be temporarily unavailable as follows.

１．Date and time for the maintenance

  • The NU Portal will be stopped from 8:30am to 5:00pm on 8 January 2024.
    ※The time of suspension and restoration may be slightly delayed depending on the work.

  • Authentication will be changed from CAS authentication using the Nagoya University ID (NU ID) to authentication using the same THERS account as TACT.

４．Notes on some major systems used through NU Portal

  • 【Education Affairs System】
  • 【Human Resources / Payroll / Attendance Management System】
    ⇒The authentication method for these systems will be also changed at the same time. After the maintenance, you can just click and get connected seamlessly.
  • 【Financial accounting system】
    ⇒Continue to authenticate with the NU ID for now.
    You will be requested to authenticate via NU ID even after logging in to the NU Portal.
  • 【TACT】
    ⇒You can connect to TACT seamlessly via the link on the Portal.
