The configuration does not apply to the mail software.

It is reported that there are cases where the configuration does not apply to the mail software (or returns to the configuration before the changes). For instance, when a computer is rebooted after configuration, the configuration returns to the configuration before the changes. Please check the method for saving the configuration. Unfortunately, there are currently no countermeasures for this problem. In some cases, the configuration will apply if the mail software is reinstalled or updated to the latest version.
