I configured my mail software as it was displayed, but I cannot access the server.
First, please check if your mail software is available. The types of mail software for which the Information & Communications has confirmed operation are listed in the following URL.
Even if you are using the mail software listed in the above URL, if it does not correspond to the following protocols (usually in cases of using an older version of the software), it cannot be used. Please install the latest version of the software.

Incoming protocol: IMAP (SSL)

Outgoing protocol: SMTP (TLS)
The Information & Communications recommends using Mozilla Thunderbird (the latest version). If your mail software is not available or does not operate after configuration, please download and use Mozilla Thunderbird (the latest version). Mozilla Thunderbird is freeware.
