I forgot my password and I cannot access the URL where the mail software configuration information is stated. How can my password be re-issued?

You need NU ID for authentication. Contact window is different by whether you are a student or a faculty and staff member.

If you are a graduate, a person who completed a master’s/doctorate course or retiree of the Nagoya University, please prepare a Nagoya University ID Application and submit it to the General Affairs Section, Information Promotion Division, Information Promotion Dept., Information & Communications (Information Technology Center 1F; Phone: 052-789-4354).
