国際会議DPMAT2017の開催について

この度、名古屋大学情報基盤センターでは「国際会議DPMAT2017」を開催することとなりました。つきましては、ご多忙のこととは存じますが、是非ご参加いただきますようご案内申し上げます。

開催概要等
　以下の日程において、学際大規模情報基盤共同利用・共同研究拠点（JHPCN）平成28年度国際課題（jh160025-DAHI）、および平成29年度採択課題（jh170011-DAJ）「High-performance Randomized Matrix Computations for Big Data Analytics and Applications」（代表者：片桐孝洋（名古屋大学））に関連する国際会議International Workshop on Deepening Performance Models for Automatic Tuning (DPMAT)を名古屋大学情報基盤センターで開催します。 DPMATは、自動性能チューニング（AT）のための性能モデルやAT手法、および、AT適用の対象となる固有値問題アルゴリズムや数値シミュレーションアルゴリズムに関する国際会議です。2017年は第2回目の会議となります。今回は、米国からHPC分野の研究者である、Richard Vuduc准教授（ジョージア工科大学）、Osni Marques博士（ローレンスバークレー国立研究所）、および、台湾から数理・統計分野の研究者である、Feng-Nan Hwang准教授（国立中央大学）、Ray-Bing Chen教授（国立成功大学）、Weichung Wang教授（国立台湾大学）をお呼びして、２日間にわたり開催します。
