• Then, have to take Yearly Information Security Check.
  All the members of Nagoya University have to take Yearly Information Security Check every school year.

For current students

• Don't forget to take Yearly Information Security Check every school year.When you have not taken Yearly Information Security Check, your Nagoya University ID will be suspended.

For faculty and staff

• Don't forget to take Yearly Information Security Check every school year.When you have not taken Yearly Information Security Check, your Nagoya University ID will be suspended.

What to do when an information security incident occurs?

• If an information security incident such as a virus infection or unauthorized access occurs, disconnect the device from the network (unplug the LAN cable, turn off Wi-Fi), and contact the contact information when the information security incident occurs.
• If you receive a suspicious email, please provide it to the Information Security Office.

If you want to improve your knowledge and skills regarding information security
